In the event of a cancellation we will endeavour to make a full refund provided we have a minimum of 14 days notice. Management reserve the right to charge full pre-payment and vary terms without notice. Cancellations must be made in writing and will only be effective on the date of receipt.

In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary to cancel your booking. In this event, we shall make all reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative or refund any sum paid which shall constitute final settlement of any liability we may have to you as a result of cancellation.

Check in and Check out
Unless otherwise agreed , the apartment will usually be made available from 15:30pm on the day of arrival. Guests arriving out with these hours must notify us in advance.
Unless otherwise agreed in advance , the apartment must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure and keys returned. If there is any delay in vacating the apartment beyond the agreed time an additional night’s accommodation may be charged to you.

Damage liability
It is expected that the apartment is left in a clean and tidy order. You are responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents during your stay which has occurred due to negligence or omission. Any damage must be reported to us without delay.

Guests are advised that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your goods or personal belongings kept at the apartment.

Occupants
Only persons notified to us prior to arrival may occupy the apartment. The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available and this limit may not be exceeded.

Pets
As a general rule no pets of any kind, are allowed in the apartment.

Complaints
In the event of any dispute or if we receive serious complaints, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice.
